Today we have almost 30 employees, and several have worked in Jøsok throughout their careers. We believe it is about exciting work tasks, but also about trust and well-being. We want all our employees to develop into independent advisers who come up with their own solutions. At the same time, there is a low threshold for asking colleagues for their views.
