Highly skilled and responsive

Since the mid-2000s, Jøsok has been an adviser to Lucerna, formerly known as Hammerfest Energi Nett.

‘We quickly hit it off. One of Jøsok’s strong points is that it has many highly skilled professionals in its organisation,’ says Kjell Jensen, Area Manager at Lucerna.

He has worked for the company for 35 years and is well acquainted with the local power network in Hasvik and Hammerfest municipality.

‘In addition to their professional skills, they are open to taking local knowledge and our wishes into consideration. That makes them an excellent partner over many years,’ says Jensen.

He explains that they have mainly used Jøsok’s expertise in connection with transmission lines.

‘We have also made use of their services in connection with feasibility studies, analyses and pre-projects, as well as on specific improvement projects,’ says Jensen.

He underlines that it is essential for a small network company like Lucerna to be teamed up with good advisers.

‘A great deal of what we do is subject to regulatory requirements. It is important for us to use advisers who are skilled in their discipline and know what rules apply. Since we also work really well together, we see no reason not to continue our partnership,’ says Jensen.
